If you want to cook along with this demo, here is a list if ingredients for 4 servings, Shopping list 4 8 oz pieces salmon filet, preferably skin on 3 T Olive oil 1 yellow onion 1 bulb fresh garlic 1 bunch fresh thyme 1 small chunk fresh ginger 1 red onion 2 red peppers 2 lbs peeled butternut squash Bay leaves ½ gal apple cider 1/2 t Nutmeg 2 t Cinnamon 4 red delicious apples 4 tart baking apples 1 lemon

Serves 4

1 lb linguine

1/2 c olive oil

1 10 oz. package shitake mushrooms, stems removed, sliced

2 boxes frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted

1 small can red roast peppers

1/3 c raisins

1/4 c pine nuts

Juice of 2 lemons

2/3 c Sauvignon Blanc or Chablis

1 bag baby spinach, pre cleaned

(Optional 1/2 c fresh cranberries, some prefer none)

• Set up large pot salted water for pasta at a full boil

• Get all ingredients together and start pasta

• Wait 3 minutes

• In a large hot sauté pan add oil

• Add mushrooms

• Add artichokes

• Add raisins, pine nuts and lemon juice, cook 1 minute

• Add wine bring to a boil

• Drain pasta place in four bowls

• Add spinach and toss for 30 seconds

• Split between the plates on top and pour any remaining sauce on each one



We are adding an addition of boneless skinless chicken breast 20 oz chicken breast to shopping list
